Stacey Maloney

Stacey Maloney is a registered Animal Health Technologist living and working in central Alberta. Stacey spent 2 years at Olds College in Alberta completing the AHT course and prior to that she went to Trent University in Ontario to obtain her Animal Science Degree in Biology.

With 2 horses of her own and an interest in Competitive Trail, she finds there is time for little else outside of work for anything but her love of the equine species. Stacey is an active member of the Trail Riding Alberta Conference and has a keen interest in Barefoot Trimming.

"My horses, Katchina and KC, are everything to me; friend, therapist and riding partner. Life is just too boring without horses!"


Renee Lupien-Smulan

My name is Renee Lupien-Smulan and I am the owner and operator of Hoof-Haven Equestrian Ltd, which operates mainly as a Training, Lesson and boarding facility! I hold my Western Coach Level One, and English Instructors certification through Equine Canada , as well as my Stable Management in Canada.

I completed the Kanadiana International Equestrian Center program in 2005. I also hold my Equine Health and Disease as well as Equine Nutrition certification from Breyer State University Distance Learning Program. I am always continuing my education and experience through learning facilites, clinics, seminars and interaction with peers in the industry, and always look forward to sharing the knowledge I have gained with others!
